Dwanique has a strong passion for performing arts and a deep commitment to creating inclusive, student-centered learning experiences for neurodivergent learners. Drawing from her experience as a former middle school and high school teacher, she understands the importance of balancing structure, creativity, and individualized support in education. She is dedicated to developing engaging programs that nurture artistic expression, confidence, collaboration, and personal growth for every student. Her leadership reflects a commitment to empowering young artists through innovation, compassion, and excellence in arts education.

Dwanique Smith
Ms. DW is the director of Nique's Performing Arts Academy and serves as the Kindergarten Lead Teacher. She has 4 years of teaching experience and 15+ years of music and vocal experience. She is looking forward to watching students grow, parents grow, and teachers grow throughout the school year.
Mrs. Rose
Mrs.Rose brings over 20 years of teaching experience and is excited to support students in the classroom, in the library, and throughout the school day.
Mrs. Janette Woods
Mrs.Janette Woods is a retired teacher with 40+ years of experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge and is excited to help our students and families. She also looks forward to mentoring staff and helping them grow,
